I am finally here.....in the "Blog World" that is.

I have finally done it. I am part of the "bloggin' world." I am new to all this so you will all have to bare with me. I hope I can catch on soon and you will all get to see what Vern and I have been up to.

This weekend was a fun and relaxing one. We took on the Butte yesterday. It was a fun climb/hike with all of the niece's and nephews, Matt, Amber, Mark and Ted(Vern's Dad). The weather wasn't so nice, but a little rain never hurts anyone. I told Vern I was going to melt do to my sweetness. He begged to differ. BRAT!

After the climb we had Triston and Naomi spend the night with us. We went for Coldstone Ice Cream(The best) and I am pretty sure the kids were the only reason I got Vern talked into it. He is not a big sweets person. But did admit that he had the best milk shake ever there, so maybe we will be going back sooner then I thought. The kids had a blast creating their own creation of ice cream. They both picked blueberry muffin mix ice cream with gummy bears. Wouldn't have been my first pick but they both loved it. After Coldstone we ventured off to the park to run off some of the "ice cream energy" and then off to the house to camp out in the living room and watch Ice Age-The Meltdown. It was the new Ice Age movie that just came out and it was very cute with lots of adult humor. Vern and I laughed so hard and some of the stuff they were saying.

Today was off to church this morning and Vern went to sight in his gun for hunting.

Well I am going to TRY to upload pictures of our climb. We will see how this works.
