Well it is time for a quick update. This weekend was a fun one.
Friday evening Vern and I went on a date....Hot Tubing and out to dinner. It was great fun, and good time together before we part ways for two weeks. :(
Sat. afternoon we went and bottled wine with great friends and had a great time. Then Sat. evening we went to an Aces game with Ken and Kristine and that was fun as well. The game was great. The Aces won but it was so close. Great Game!
Sunday was church but I went solo cause Vern had the stomach flu again! I hope that it passes soon, he has been sick on and off for like a week. After church he was feeling better so we went and did some shopping. I told him to bring a magazine so he could read it while i went into Target, but he said he wanted to go in and check it out. He was a very good sport about shopping and a great cart pusher! He wasn't much for opinion though especially when i was deciding on make-up bags. Then after Target was off to Fred Meyers cause they didn't have any tennis shoes in my size at Target. So Vern sat in the shoe section of Freddies and read the newspaper! Such a good guy! Then after that we went to visit Trish, Ron, and the girls. Vern had to pick his shocks up from Ron. It was so great to see them. The girls are getting so big, so fast. I remember when they were crawling and now they are so big. Eliza is as tall as Vern now.....not that takes a lot(Joking Vern)!!!!
Then home for our last dinner together for two weeks. Vern left this morning for Petersville to work for the week, and I leave tomorrow night late for MAUI! There was a little confusion there and it is kind of a funny story after the fact.............
My Grandma Jan called to wish me to have a great time in Maui. She was like so you leave tomorrow night late....1:30am? I said no we don't leave until Wednesday at 1:30pm. So then I figured after I got off the phone that I better go get my ticket and look. Well Grandma(that isn't going) was RIGHT. I leave tomorrow night. YIKES. So I frantically started packing. Good thing that Vern and I went shopping yesterday and that I had already gone through my clothes to take on Tuesday night. So packing didn't take much, but to make a long story short I leave a day earlier then I thought! Not that that is a bad thing! :)
Well I won't update my blog for two weeks, but I will update when i get back with Maui pictures!

WOW! That came fast. I hope that you have a wonderful time...if you get this before you leave.
Have fun Monica! You will be missed but we can have fun "catching up" when you get back. I bet you'll have lots of scrapbooking to do then! If you need me to do anything while you are away please don't hesitate to call!
