Sat. after a fun morning at Rascals (indoor play ground for kids) we went out four wheeling after Sam and Naomi took a nap. We didn't have to go far to have a good time. At the end of the street there was a HUGE puddle. Vern found it while Sam and I were napping and so after Naomi woke up Matt, Amber, Triston, Naomi, Vern, Sam, and I all went to play in it.

The kids were having a blast! The deeper they went in the puddle the more they liked it. So Amber and I sat on the side lines and took pictures. Even Naomi was having a blast. She kept telling Vern to keep going. HAHA. So after playing in the puddle we decided to head down the trail for a bit. Naomi sat on my lap. Vern found the deepest puddle. Needless to say, i had Naomi held up as high as i could to keep her out of the water. The water was over my lap and Vern was smiling ear to ear! Naomi was yelling at me to put her down. I couldn't though...I didn't want her to get wet! It was funny though, so every time after that i tried to lift her up she kept yelling leave me, leave me! Vern and I were cracking up. Sam and Triston were riding double on Matt's four wheeler! You could hear them laughing over the engine noise! It was fun!

How sad that in January we are four- wheeling in Alaska. It was 40 degrees.

I took pictures of our January adventure yesterday, but can not find my memory stick...oops. This weather has me worried that we will get hit with some terrible winter storm in the middle of July now. I can't wait to see what Vern picks as his airplane....it seems like he only likes the BEST in everything else. Maybe a jet...that he can come get us with?
What a fun day filled with memories! I love all the photos! I can't believe the weather for sure . . . too bad it wouldn't stay warm as I am so ready for spring!!
